To date, Development Association of Western Athens (ASDA) has implemented numerous projects in the fields of environmental protection, urban planning, social development, and culture.

The implementing body of the project is the Development Association of Western Athens (ASDA). According to its founding act, the main objectives of ASDA are:

Promoting and exploring inter-municipal cooperation

01 Cooperation with public authorities and coordination of the activities of local stakeholders

02 The Spatial, Urban and Environmental Regeneration of Western Athens

03 Combating unemployment and promoting the overall economic development of the area

04 Participation in trans-European city networks, etc.

05 Participation of Western Athens in major European programmes and networks in the fields of Environment, Employment, Culture, Transport and Mobility, New Technologies, Women’s Entrepreneurship, Roma, Repatriated Persons, Foreign Nationals, etc.
