  1. Registration and User Accounts

Access to certain services, digital tools and functionalities of the Platform may require the creation of a user account.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information reflecting their actual capacity and, where applicable, the details of the business they represent.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and must take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access to their accounts.

If users become aware of or suspect unauthorised access to their accounts, they must promptly notify the Platform administrators.

Creating a user account does not automatically confer the right to participate in a specific activity or constitute approval of any application for participation.

  1. Participation in Business Missions, Trade Fairs and Other Activities

Participation in business missions, international trade fairs, thematic workshops and other project activities is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the relevant Call for Applications or announcement.

For activities requiring an application, the participation requirements, eligibility and evaluation criteria, available places, deadlines and required supporting documents are specified in the relevant published documents.

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee selection or participation in the activity concerned.

Where the de minimis State aid framework applies, participation is subject to the required checks and the submission of the necessary information, declarations and supporting documentation, in accordance with the applicable legal framework.

The Platform may support automated completeness checks, eligibility checks or the application of predefined criteria. Final evaluation and selection of participants are carried out in accordance with the terms of the relevant Call for Applications and ASDA’s applicable procedures.

Users or businesses submitting applications are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and supporting documents provided.

  1. Use of Digital Tools and Business Support Services

The Platform’s digital tools and business support services are provided for informational, assessment, skills development and business internationalisation purposes.

Self-assessment results, business analyses, proposed strategies, recommendations, market information and other outputs generated by the tools are intended for informational and support purposes.
