FOOD & DRINKS by Detrop 2026 is an international trade exhibition dedicated to the food and beverage industry, gastronomy, and related business activities. FOOD & DRINKS by Detrop 2026 is aimed at businesses and professionals that:

  • Operate in the production, processing, standardisation, packaging, and trade of food and beverages, including local, traditional, and certified products.
  • Produce or trade gastronomic products, olive oil, honey, herbs, dairy products, bakery products, confectionery, coffee, and related goods.
  • Provide equipment, raw materials, packaging materials, labelling solutions, and technologies for food and beverage businesses.
  • Operate in foodservice, professional gastronomy, distribution, and supply chain activities related to the sector.
